Woven Moments Kit Instructions

This page provides information on submitting your photo for a Woven Moments Throw, Tapestry, Tote Bag, Pillow, or Baby Throw Kit.

 

There are two ways you can process your order, through internet submission, mail-in submission, direct-to-us submission. We will outline both methods below. Your order usually takes 4-6 weeks, it can be faster when they are not as busy. Orders can be expedited for an additional fee which includes 2nd Day Air Through UPS. Please contact us if you are on a deadline.

 

Woven Moments Internet Submission

If you have your photo on your computer, use a digital camera, or have a scanner - internet submission is the fastest and easiest way to process your kit.

• Purchase the your Woven Moments Kit from Secondlove.com
• A Key Code and PO Number will be sent within 24 hours of your purchase.
• Go to www.wovenmoments.com in your internet browser.
• Enter your Key Code and PO Number. (if you are copying and pasting the numbers, please be sure there are no extra spaces at the end of the number)
• You will then be asked to provide your shipping info and upload the picture.
• To upload the picture, click on the "Browse" button and navigate to the folder where the picture is stored and click on the name of the image. (Usually most pictures are located in My Documents/My Pictures)
• Then Click "Submit"
• Your order is then submitted and you will receive an email shortly confirmining your order, as well as the photo you used.

 

Here are some tips to follow with Internet Submission.

• Image can be no greater than 3 mb. 
• Image must be in .jpg, or .jpeg format
• Choose a picture that is clear and bright
• Everything shown on your picture will be included in your item, so if be sure to crop the image if you desire areas to be excluded.

 

Woven Moments Mail-in Submission

If you would prefer to send your photo in via email, we will send the kit directly to your door. The main drawback is the photos are not returned. So this is not a viable option if you need your photo back.

SecondLove.com Main-in Submission

If you do need your photos returned or need some work done to your images, you can send your photos directly to us. We provide this service free of charge and all photos are returned back.

• We will scan your photo in and submit it.
• Crop images to fit.
• Fix problems in photos.
• Add words or lettering to a photo
