Shipping

We ship through UPS, USPS (Post Office), and Fedex. You can track the status of your order by logging in, once your orders goes to "shipped", your order is shipping that day. We strive to ship your item as soon as we can, on large orders of dishes expect a little longer because of the extra care required in packaging.

Our shipping is calculated at checkout before entering your payment information. The shipping table below is for the Continental United States. There may be an additional charges for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and any country outside the United States.

Your credit card is not charged until the day your order ships.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping over $75 for any order in the Continental United States. This offer does exclude Signature Dinnerware.   Please choose this option when you checkout.  If you place your order by the phone be sure to ask for the free shipping offer.

Backorders

In most cases if you have a backordered item and we are unable to "split ship" your order, we will notify you by email on the next business day after you place your order if your order contains a sold out item so you may tell us your preference regarding backorder or deleting the item from your order.  If you do not reply to our email notification and inquiry regarding your preference, we will default to "holding" the order and shipping complete when the re-supply comes back in stock.  Please make certain your email address is correct when you place your order.

Returns

You may return new, unopened items sold by SecondLove.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund less all shipping costs. Custom items (woven moments) can not be returned after they have been redeemed. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Dropshipped items have a 10% restocking fee.

Please contact us first for a Return Authorization Number.

Missing Items / Breakage

Please contact us within 3 days after your receive your order if an item is missing, wrong, or damaged. Please keep the box and take note of its condition. We will replace the pieces, if a replacement is not available a refund will be issued.
